Return Policy

We currently offer the ability to exchange the same style for a new size/color. You have 21 days from the date of shipment to initiate a free exchange. All items must have tags attached and be in good condition. Weared or washed items will not be accepted. Your “new” exchange order will only be placed once the returned item has been scanned by the courier. This must be done within the 7 day return label period and we recommend doing it as soon as possible to ensure the item does not sell out.

Returns of purchased items. Returns must be initiated within 21 days of the order ship date. For items purchased elsewhere online or in-store, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the item and they will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange.

Eligible items may be returned for a refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds for eligible returned items will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the return at our warehouse. All returned products must have original tags and not be worn or washed. Depending on your bank, it may take 1-3 business days for points to reflect on your bank statement.

Damaged or defective items
We guarantee our items to be free from manufacturing defects and will gladly replace any defective items within 30 days of purchase. Please email customer service your name, order ID number, and photos of the damage. Items damaged due to improper washing/handling (see care instructions) or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

If you have any questions or would like to request a return label, please email and include your order ID#. We usually respond within 48-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If you do not hear from us after this, please check your spam folder.
